DUKE Devil cartoon Jacket Crest

I am calling this a Military Crest but to be honest have "NO IDEA" what it is, could be School, Sports ect. Gray painted Flocking Devil design on colored Flames with word DUKE in black. Design on blue felt cloth backing. 5" high by 4 1/8" wide. Shows some aging to design but still interesting crest.
