Large Silver, slight age darkening, Shield shape badge with sun rays at top, 60mm high by 43mm wide, with letters AOUW, at top of shield and Bone HAND design on a fine pebbled backing bottom. Pin back fastener has been replaced with a circle disk with two Clutch pin fasteners on it. No maker. AOUW of course stands for Ancient Order of United Workers. Well made older badge.
