WW1 era, YPRES, souvenir pin. Base metal, dull gold plated, with metal showing due to wear, with colored enamel. Pin back. 33mm x 21mm.

These pins were quite popular with the soldiers and where from the city named but I think many collected them for souvenirs of the Battles fought in that area.
