USA 9th AIR FORCE,
Post war I would say, shield shape 9th Air Force crest with bottom banner NINTH AIRFORCE on it. 3 1/4" x 3" wide. White gauze backing. Shows age dulling but still nice piece. I would say Jacket Crest.
