Union of South African Prisons Service collar badges, Officer's Mess Dress. Owen 1956 and 1957. (These are the collars pictured in Owens book as obtained from his collection). Brass Metal, Kings Crown, lug fasteners, 24mm high by 17mm wide. Still mounted on cards as obtained from Owen with his notation, VERY SCARCE. Nice.
