French, Ordre De La Sante Publique, Chevalier grade, Order of Public Health Medallion. Silver metal, 4 armed Crown with 5 point Star, with circle disks on back and front. On front disk words, ORDRE DE LA SANTE PUBLIQUE and a side profile of Ladies Head and on back disk, Sun Rise and banners with words, JOIE SANTE on them. Traces of blue enamel remaining on the Star and the front disk. No ribbon. Shows slight wear to high points of Ladies head. 43mm high by 40mm wide.
